As part of a development plan for its High Potentials present in 30 countries, Sopra Steria needs individualized support so that level 3 and 4 High Potentials can achieve the behavioral skills essential to embody the Group's corporate project and values.
After very positive results with subsidiaries, Sopra Banking Software in 2021, and Sopra Steria Aeroline in 2023, the group has decided to include individual online coaching in their Accelerate development program, dedicated to Level 3 and 4 High Potentials. This population will be able to take an Emotional Intelligence test called EQi and complete an assessment with a certified coach, followed by 6 one-hour coaching sessions to work on a situation in depth and set up an action plan.
