The ambition of the Scientific Committee

Develop R&D projects to advance coaching

Coaching is a relatively recent training tool and has been the subject of few scientific studies to date.

Many avenues of research can therefore be explored to develop the full potential of coaching.

From improving diagnosis upstream to measuring impact downstream, the scientific committee is mobilized to imagine the coaching of tomorrow!

Promoting scientific advances to HR professionals

HR and human sciences have a common objective: to measure individual and collective behaviors, in order to better anticipate and positively influence them.

However, bridges between these two worlds are still rare.

One of the committee's objectives is therefore to promote research in HR.

Imagining and building the company of tomorrow

In a world that is moving faster and faster, organizations are constantly changing.

What is the business model of tomorrow? What is the role of the individual in the collective transformation?

It seems that we all have our contribution to make to this questioning. In any case, this is one of the questions that our scientific committee is asking itself.
