Technical prerequisites for using Simundia

Simundia uses Microsoft's Azure Communication Services as its underlying videoconferencing tool. To test how well it works, you can run the following test: https: //azurecommdiagnostics.net/

‍Inthe event that this does not work directly for you, you will need to ask your IT department to authorize our service - see the "whitelisting" section below.

Recommended browsers:

On Windows and MacOs, Chrome, Firefox and Edge browsers are supported, and Safari is not recommended. If you're using Ubuntu or your phone, you can check your browser's compatibility by clicking here.

40kBits/sec minimum

IP Whitelisting:

To receive invitation emails to participate in videoconference coaching sessions and to receive transactional emails, the following IP address must be authorized: 198.244.62.133

To make the connection, the following IP addresses must be authorized: 20.202.0.1 - 20.202.255.255

‍Youmust check that the following ports are allowed on the Simundia website:

• TCP : 443
• UDP: from 3478 to 3481

The domains to be authorized are :

• *.skype.com, *.microsoft.com, *.azure.net, *.azure.com, *.office.com (443, 80)
