After numerous collective initiatives, managers expressed a need for individual coaching to complement these initiatives. It is in this context that Isabelle Aroun, HR Director of CIC Ouest, called upon Simundia.
The 300 managers at head office and in the branches were given digital coaching to target an individual situation that would enable them to implement new practices. The system was deployed naturally among managers, both via HR communications and by word of mouth.
