CIC Ouest is a retail bank for individuals and businesses throughout Western France. The bank is facing many transformations:

The HR function must therefore support its managers in changing their managerial practices to adapt to this changing world.

After numerous collective initiatives, managers expressed a need for individual coaching to complement these initiatives. It is in this context that Isabelle Aroun, HR Director of CIC Ouest, called upon Simundia.
