After an initial roll-out to 31 Area Managers, all employees and new managers are now involved, and can trigger their coaching every year, whenever they wish.
VitalAire called on Simundia to offer personalized coaching for managers who had to take on a new role in a context of transformation. The aim of this coaching was to adapt to the specific needs of each manager.
