HR issues and challenges

Trapil is evolving in a context of energy transition, and in this context needs to strengthen its managerial culture in terms of soft skills. Trapil is looking for a personalized approach, accessible to all, that can reach all local managers throughout France.

The Simundia solution

Trapil and Simundia have co-constructed a 3-year program to help managers evolve their managerial culture in a gradual and sustainable way, giving them time to take part in a development process. Simundia makes it possible to democratize coaching, which was previously the preserve of a certain population. The online coaching approach enables us to focus on soft skills, a subject not covered in face-to-face training.

Coachee feedback

It gave me the keys and tools to adjust my management style. I felt more confident, more anchored in my position and more sure of the course I was aiming for.

The results

Managers who are more confident and anchored in their jobs

Personalized coaching enables managers to take stock of the way they manage, and to realize that there is no such thing as an ideal type of management, and to identify areas for improvement in order to assert oneself and adapt one's management style.
