Sanofi is one of the world's leading healthcare companies, dedicated to helping people facing health challenges. Today, Sanofi has more than 100,000 employees in over 100 countries.
The biopharmaceutical sector is undergoing transformation, impacted by changes of several kinds: societal, competitive and technological. It is in this context that Sanofi has decided to support its employees through coaching.
Following several years of internal reorganization, Sanofi decided to launch a new transformation plan and outsource a large part of its support functions. Agnès Ceruti was responsible for helping 1,000 employees retrain. Some progressed from technician to supervisor of an external service provider, while others changed career paths or left the company. Following the implementation of Simundia, Sanofi is delighted with the successful retraining of its in-house staff (who have moved from an operational role to a supervisory role), the reduction in stress and the improved overall performance of its teams.
"We were extremely pleased with the results, as over 92% of those surveyed gave a very positive opinion of the support they received through this coaching."
"Thank you for allowing me to benefit from this coaching. I didn't think you could make so much progress in just 3 hours of coaching."
45% of Sanofi coachees chose a leadership situation for their coaching, resulting in a 96% improvement in the performance of the managers they coached.
The retraining process for over 1,000 employees was a success, thanks to the flexible format of Simundia coaching and the quality of the coaches offered.
The aim of Simundia's coaching was to provide Sanofi employees with all the tools and resources they needed to make the most of a changing environment. This objective was achieved, and the coaching also enabled them to deepen the learning they had already acquired in training.
