As its branch network continues to grow, CIC Sud-Ouest has decided to offer Simundia situational coaching® to all its managers. Coaching complements an already extensive system (mentoring, co-development circle, training, etc.) to support managers:
After a test with 30 managers, all branch directors are now involved, and can trigger their coaching every year, whenever they wish (a population of over a hundred coached managers).
The simple management of the Simundia deployment was key for the HR teams. Thanks to the ultra-simplified implementation of the coaching platform, CIC Sud Ouest's managers were able to benefit, quickly and flexibly, from sessions with a coach to address their issues in a personalized way.

Today, more than 50% of the managers are engaged on the platform with a satisfaction rating of 9/10. They mainly address issues of leadership, communication or emotional management. Simundia thus contributes to a better "being" and a better managerial "knowing how to do".
For Stéphanie, Branch Manager, the post-covid period was a real challenge. Simundia's coaching came at the right time to take a step back from her management.
